Es tracta d&#8217;articles explicats amb ilustracions per facilitar la comprensi\u00f3 d&#8217;alguns temes t\u00e8cnics relacionats amb l&#8217;atmosfera i la meteorologia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u2019anomena <strong>capa l\u00edmit<\/strong> o <strong>capa fronterera<\/strong> a la zona de la troposfera que est\u00e0 en contacte amb la superf\u00edcie de la Terra. En aquesta capa, que t\u00e9 un gruix aproximat d\u2019un quil\u00f2metre, el moviment de l\u2019aire \u00e9s freq\u00fcentment pertorbat per les caracter\u00edstiques del terreny per a on circula (veure Fig. 1) i sol haver-hi importants gradients de velocitat. NASA<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00e9 for\u00e7a sentit treballar amb el concepte de <strong>vent geostr\u00f2fic<\/strong> quan estem a dins de la troposfera lliure sempre que ens trobem en una zona a on la representaci\u00f3 horitzontal de les is\u00f2bares s\u00f3n rectes o quasi rectes. En aquesta situaci\u00f3, el vent geostr\u00f2fic \u00e9s el resultat de l\u2019equilibri \u2013 anomenat <strong>equilibri geostr\u00f2fic<\/strong> &#8211; de dues forces que intervenen sobre una determinada parcel\u00b7la d\u2019aire: la <strong>for\u00e7a<\/strong> causada pel <strong>gradient de pressi\u00f3<\/strong> i la <strong>for\u00e7a de Coriolis<\/strong> (veure Fig. 2). La for\u00e7a del gradient de pressi\u00f3 est\u00e0 generada per la difer\u00e8ncia de pressi\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica entre dos punts i sempre va dirigida a zones amb pressi\u00f3 m\u00e9s baixa.
